Bridgewater Housing Stabilization Services was founded by community advocates with a passion for ensuring that all Minnesotans have access to safe, stable housing. Rooted in Minneapolis, we understand the unique challenges that people with disabilities and seniors face when finding and keeping a home. Our agency became licensed under Minnesota’s Housing Stabilization Services program to offer compassionate, culturally‑responsive support to those most in need.
Since opening our doors, we have helped clients transition from shelters and institutional settings into homes of their own. We strive to build long‑term relationships built on respect, trust, and the belief that everyone deserves a place to call home.

Bridgewater HSS is staffed by experienced housing consultants, case managers and advocates who share a commitment to housing stability. Our team members bring expertise in social work, mental health, disability services and community engagement. We continually train on Minnesota Department of Human Services guidelines, person‑centered planning and cultural competency to ensure our services meet the highest standards.
